The Cup Experience to be in Orlando at PGA Show

The City of Louisville loves to celebrate big time events and exciting sports. From the Kentucky Derby to University of Louisville Athletics, we're all about the thrill of victory and the fun surrounding an event.

The PGA of America will host the 37th Ryder Cup at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, September 16-21, 2008. This international event matches the best American-born professional golfers against their counterparts from Europe in a variety of match-play formats. In its 80 years of history, the Ryder Cup has become the most spirited, exciting and compelling event in all of golf.

While many will attend this exciting international event, the City of Louisville is planning an all-out, jammed packed, citywide celebration everyone can enjoy. The Cup Experience, a host of activities planned by the City to celebrate the Ryder Cup, will take place around town and give residents and visitors an opportunity to celebrate and have fun.
